As an Operational Excellence Analyst, you’ll be the person leaders turn to when they need clarity—whether that’s understanding workforce capacity, identifying efficiency opportunities, or modelling different scenarios to help them make confident decisions. Key responsibil ities: Analyse complex datasets and build meaningful insights that help leaders understand capacity, performance, workforce trends, and opportunities to improve efficiency across t he bank.Develop predictive models, scenarios and reporting using tools like Power BI, Excel and SQL to support smarter decision-making—from daily operational planning to long-term workforce s trategy.Identify and recommend improvement opportunities by monitoring productivity, highlighting variance drivers, challenging current processes, and partnering with business units to deliver more streamlined, cost-effective ways of working. To succeed in this role, we’d love you to have: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.Advanced Excel and Power BI expertise (including DAX and Power Query) with the ability to create dashboards and visualisations that influence decisions.Experience with SQL and/or data modelling to extract, transform, and manipulate large datasets ef ficiently.Understanding of workforce planning, forecasting, or capacity management and exposure to operational metrics (desirable, not e ssential).Curiosity, resilience, and a growth mindset; someone who embraces change, challenges the status quo, and thrives in a fast-paced env ironment.
